Q: How long does an order take?
A: Typically, your order will ship within 1 to 2 business days.  If you need to receive your order by a specific date, or overnighted PLEASE note that on your order!  Please remember this will affect the price of shipping.  We will contact you to let you know the change in price.  We take pride in getting your stuff out to you fast, however, holidays like Halloween, are busy times of the year, this means that there are times that your item may be out of stock, or will take a few extra days.  Again, MOST OF THE TIME, your order ships quickly.

Q: How much is shipping and handling?
A: Shipping and handling starts at $7 and can go up depending on how much you order.  Your order will be shipped through which ever shipping company has the cheapest rate at that time. You can view the shipping cost on your order after it has been processed, by clicking on - Online Store, then Your Account. 

Q: Do you accept foreign orders?
A: YES.  Our products are sold all over the globe.  Note: your shipping and handling charge will change, we will contact you to let you know.  You can also contact one of our international distributors located on the Store Locator tab.

Q: Do you do overnight shipping?
A: YES, you must call to confirm availability.  Please note that all overnight shipping starts at $20 and goes up.

Q: I did not receive any emails after placing my order?
A: Look in you spam or junk mail folder.  Due to email problems at Yahoo, If you are a Yahoo.com email user, make sure webmaster@wolfefx.com and store@wolfefx.com are on your white list, or you will not receive emails from us.
